• When most people think of Ancient Quatria, they’re actually thinking of what scholars refer to as Classical Quatria, from which most of the myths & legends we know of today ultimately descend.
• Before that though, there were millenia and eons which passed in that place, each with their own unique histories and peoples.
• One of the better known precursors to Classical Quatrian civilization was the Hieruthians, or Old Ones, who were hyper-intelligent rodent-like creatures (some scientists have identified them as the ‘Silurian’ Civilization, but this is a later Pentarch word, which we reject).
• Even the Old Ones were not the first, however!
• The true First Civilization of Quatria is known as the Archaeans. They loaned their names to the scientific terms Archaean Eon, and the domain microorganisms, called Archaea.
• Extremophiles, the Archaeans lived among the so-called microbial mats which grew into stromatolites in shallow water along the Great River at the Dawn of Time.
• The Archaeans fed on the nutrient dense stromatolites by gnawing and burrowing within these structures, gradually hollowing them out over time, as can be seen in the image reproduced above.
• The image above is a reproduction of a damaged drawing discovered among the personal effects of Edward Allen Oxford, whose adventures are described in more detail here.
• Oxford claimed to have visited Quatria, and been shown a great many things by the inhabitants of that mystical land, including glimpses of its ancient early history.
• The drawing also appears to depict an archaic ancestor of prototaxites, which as a type of columnar fungus which could grow up to 25 feet or taller.
• Conspiracy theorists believe that the obelisks found at Quatrian ruins near the South Pole, as well as all over the world, are actually symbolic representations of these ancient upright fungi which once dominated the landscape.
• The trees depict are believed to be among the earliest ancestors of tree species such as Wattieza, similar to what is known from the Gilboa Fossil Forest. Wattieza had fronds rather than leaves, and reproduced with spores.
• The arrangement depicted of the Archaean settlement amidst islands in a river is typical of that civilization, whose manifestations that we know of were always along nodes in the Great River.
• In Quatrian mythology, this configuration is also sometimes described as the “World Vine.”
• In actuality though, the most similar comparison today would be the bladders or vesiscles found in seaweeds, such as the egg wrack or bladder wrack.

• What are seen in these seaweeds as air bladders can be compard to in terms of Quatrian meta-symbolic brane cosmology as worlds unto themselves.
• We know that in that world view, each world-pod started as a seed or impulse within the Great River, which grew and accumulated, and drew nutrients from the flow of that River.
• Some world-pods expanded, branched off, and developed into their own fully fledged worlds, the agglomeration of which we know of as the “Wide Lands” in Quatrian myth.
• The Wide Lands are something like the Multiverse of modern theoretical physics, but traversible by the wise or gifted in those tales.
• Within that conception, the “seaweed” of each branching set of pod-worlds can be thought of as held within the higher-dimensional manifold scientists refer to as the “bulk,” (something like the Cosmic Ocean in Quatrian myth) affixed by a holdfast to that source of Life and Growth, Anthuor.

• There is an old adage that music is a universal human language, which has existed in all human cultures. It is, in fact, much more than that, and this fact has been intentionally hidden by authorities who ceaselessly seek to suppress or control it toward their own ends.
• An advanced ancient crypto-civilization, Quatria was decentralized both in space and in time, distributed over eons, dimensions, and across a wide spectrum of genetic, energetic, and material compositions. (i.e., not all Quatrians were humans, mammalian, or necessarily biological or tangible)
• As an endlessly shifting hyper-dimensional matrix within the greater manifold of the Mysterium, Quatria has, has had, and will continue to have multivarious influent and effluent currents making up its essential character. (See: The Endurance of Change)
• This is experienced by the more-or-less time-bound entities within affected Quatrian time-locales as sometimes sudden and other times drawn out catastrophic periods of disruption, which the culture personified in the mythic power of the Hypogeum known as Wormwood the Changer.
• These disruptions lead to cyclical, randomized, and non-time-bound diasporas, wherein inhabitants of Quatria have been forced to or have chosen to depart for adjacent or distant time-locales, just like when the original People of Anthuor descended the Tunnel of Matarax into Quatria at the Dawn of Time.
• Traces of these mass migrations appear across our earth cultures and time periods in historical artifacts, inherited cultural practices, myths & legends, and other diverse evidence.
• Quatrian culture throughout its entire history, to varying degrees, was devoted to the ritual mythic enactment of the universality of music as an expression of harmony at all micro- and macro-levels within the Mysterium.
• Consequently, the traces of Quatrian influence which scholars have identified in disparate global cultural historical layers are nearly always deeply tied to music, musicians, and musical instruments, or to the accompanying ritual theatrical performances which permeated that society.
• It is even said that Quatrian civilization, at its peak, was able to manipulate matter itself with music.
• For this reason, authorities throughout the Prison of Linear Time have always sought to suppress or control music to their own ends, due to its associations with this fundamentally liberating ancient and cosmic power.
• So the next time you hum a popular tune to yourself, think twice about its true origins and hidden power.

The Hieruthian Hypothesis supposes that the End Permian Mass Extinction Event was caused by a catastrophic temporal displacement which intersected the planet Earth, causing sudden inversion of planetary magnetic polarity. In turn, this triggered an underground magma pulse, and resulting conditions exterminated the majority of terrestrial life forms. While most of the planet became a dead zone for some five million years, Triassic Antarctica became a refuge ecosystem for the survivors of this three-pulse mass extinction event.

Certain members of these possible survivor species are called eutherians by scientists, but may be more properly called Hieruthians, after the old Quastrian ‘hieruthi,’ roughly translating to ‘old one,’ which in that culture was a term of great respect for a wise and grey haired elder.

The Hieruthian Hypothesis goes on to suggest that cladistic memories of this time period were passed on to all subsequent members of this evolutionary group, and that this is the origin of such lost lands myths as Lemuria, or Kumari Kandam. The true Lemurians, you might say, were lemurs!

During the Second and Third Quatrian Diasporas, surviving legends tell of fleeing Quatrians who were able to escape into the Hypogeum, and from there passed through complex networks of natural tunnels, emerging into caves spread across the globe.

So-called “prehistoric” cave art reflects the traces they left on the cultures which they were eventually absorbed into, and in some cases came to rule over.

One such remnant artefact can be found in the Cave of the Three Brothers (Δ) where a half-man, half-animal figure might be seen on the walls, who has been perhaps appropriately named ‘The Sorceror’ by modern historians.

For this figure is one which would have been a common sight to denizens of Abdazon or surrounding regions during the time it was the Anti-Node of Quatria and the capital of the House of Wealth. From humble beginnings, the village was famous already for its hospitality and accomodations, but as construction of the Grand Passage was completely Abdazon solidified its reputation as a hub for all manner of embodied and partially embodied Hypogean visitors. No matter where an entity might fall on the scale between human, therianthropic, theriomorphic, or “other,” Abdazonians did their very best to transform xenophile inclinations into a sublime art form by welcoming passersby both magical and mundane in accommodations cleverly suited to their needs.

As a result, many types of animals, beasts, gods, heroes, and magicians would pass through the Abdazon Gate, and visit Quatria for a time. Those who found acommodations, climate, and general living conditions agreeable often would stay and settle in the surrounding countryside. And this is the reason for the many interesting contributions made to the fossil records of animals such as the Dawn Horses, nuralagus, and the famous Hypotherium americanum and many others — thanks in no small part to pre-diaspora Quatrian fondness for animals, and a natural understanding of how to live together.

Later Quatrian diasporan High Holy Days, such as the celebration of the House of Sorrows, and the Welcoming of the Earth Destroyer at the Quatrian New Year can be aptly said to hold living half remembered remnants of these ancient beliefs and cultural practices when magicians still walked the Earth in human and more-than-human form.

Though the term calls to mind cryptocurrencies, a crypto-civilization is actually a highly advanced society whose existence has been hidden or suppressed by the dominant culture or ruling power. Oftentimes, a conqueror will throw down the sacred images, statues, and symbols of the people(s) it has vanquished, as in the practice known as iconoclasm. The political and priestly classes of the conquered peoples may be imprisoned, exiled, eradicated, or given token positions of authority in the new regime, thus breaking the power centers of the subjugated peoples, and interrupting the transmission of accurate history across generations.

In such scenarios, it is common for historical revisionism to likewise occur. Events which were once taught and understood to be history are ridiculed, and relegated to the domain of myth and legend, before being forgotten about altogether. Supporting historical artifacts and evidence that are not destroyed outright may be re-contextualized by the dominant power to tell an entirely different tale than their true origins and use.

This process of occultation has been applied again and again throughout history since antiquity, and even back into prehistory in the case of the mysterious Quatrian civilization. In actual fact, the ancient Quatrian crypto-civilization massively predates all other canonically-accepted human and proto-human cultures by millions of years according to some sources.

Interestingly, the ancient Quatrian crypto-civilization did indeed have certain commonalities with contemporary cryptocurrencies. For one, the civilization was composed of a web of autonomous colonies that were politically decentralized, and globally distributed (thanks to their mastery of reed boats). Their government was a type of resilient poesiarchy composed of bards and minstrels of various types who traveled from place to place, transmitting their oral histories, tales and legends, along with techno-cultural knowledge. Applying this back to the metaphors of modern cryptocurrencies: if we think of a dominant culture’s history as a consensus system running on a blockchain, then the crypto-civilization’s history and timeline could be thought of as either a suppressed sidechain or else an unauthorized fork from consensus reality.

The central premise of Quatrian myth seems to be that the nature of existence is music. That is, there are fundamental tonal components within the hyper-patterns of cosmic reality which shimmer and shift and ever recompose themselves into never-ending rhythms, melodies, harmonies, and discordant crescendos.

It seems to be the same secret of the psychonaut, temporarily attuned to nearby frequencies appearing as perceptible shapes in the darkness, spinning and weaving themselves together out of preality into almost-tangible moments, under the direction of some kind of will, whose locus is both mine and other, inward and outward. Pareidolia and paranormal. Event ladders unfolding in song across the eons, like the endless opening of bird’s wings taking to flight.

So it seems too to be the same secret scintillating behind what some call synchronicities: for there is no coincidence in music when the players are tuned and aligned, rhythms hitting on the same beats subconsciously. The same underlying notes and extremely deep powers heard together on another far more fundamental frequency. The Great River. Inward listening. The lost direction. The hypogeum and its inhabitants. Who hears, rejoice, the kingdom is yours.
